Sakulthun & Associates Legal Consultants Co.,Ltd (SALC) was established in 2002.
Dr.Thun Sakulthun, the President of SALC, has strong determination in providing one-stop professional legal services to clients. SALC has been developing and enhancing their service portfolio to ensure that our clients can always rely on SALC in providing legal advices and resolutions.

Currently, SALC has more than 200 clients in Thailand. Our clients include both Thai and foreigners. We, not only provides our legal services to Thai communities, but also overseas investors, international firms/organizations and foreigners. Moreover, SALC also tailors our services to suit your type of organizations or businesses which includes Small and Midsize Enterprises, Large Enterprises, Government units or Private Organizations to ensure that our services meet your requirements the most.

In 2004, SALC has expanded their services to incorporate Debt Accelerations services, which help reducing organizations’ bad debts ratio. SALC has now more than 50 clients in the area of Debt Accelerations which include all the major Financial Institutions, Banks and Insurances in Thailand.

In 2006, the Business Consulting Services has been set up to provide further value-added services to our clients. The Business Consulting Services enables us to position ourselves, not only lawyer or counselor, but to be trusted advisor to the clients as well.

In 2007, to respond to growing demand in Corporate Governance, we will be establishing our Educational Services to provide various trainings on key topics in the area of law and corporate governance to both our clients and public attendees. Educational Services will empower your employees and organizations to be up-to-date with the latest law, acts, etc which will be or are related to their jobs.
